Job Description:
§
Manage the day to day running of
the following Lodge departments : Front Desk and Administration
§
Provide oversight of the
following department : Storeroom
§
Ensure the Lodge can reach its
targets e.g. sales, room occupancy, product development deadlines, system
development deadlines
§
Supervise Front Desk
Receptionists
§
Build on the Aabiya Lodge Brand
§
Skills development program
monitoring and implementation for Staff Members
§
Manage Bookings
§
Maximize Revenue
Skills:
§
Interpersonal Skills
§
Bemba,
Nyanja and English
§
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power
point, PDF
§
Online Booking Channel Management
(booking.com)
§
Customer Service
§
Front desk check in procedures
§
Able to understand client billing
statement
§
Basic accounting e.g debtors,
creditors, budgets, income statement knowledge etc.
§
Filing and organizing documents
Qualifications:
§
Diploma or Degree in hospitality
Management, Accounts or Admin related course
Age:
§
24 to 32 years old
Experience:
§
At least 3 years in
employment (minimum 1 year in service industry job and minimum 1 year in admin
or accounts related job)
