Reporting to the CEO
The Creative Lead will be responsible for creating innovative,
results-focused campaigns and fresh ideas to acquire new leads and audiences on
behalf of our clients. You’ll work with our team of creative’s and digital
marketing specialists, as well as external suppliers, to bring these ideas to
life. You will develop our potential across brand, digital advertising, social
campaigns and content, video production, OOH and experiential.
A Creative Lead is a strong
example to others in the business of leadership and professionalism. We expect
you to be highly presentable, amenable and dependable. You’ll work with leaders
across the business to guide your team toward the highest quality creative and
business goals of others.
As a people manager, you’ll develop the team’s creative capability through
mentor-ship and inventive concepts, and set the creative apart from those of
competitors.
Day to day responsibilities
§
Responsible for account
duties and sign-offs of other team members, also responsible for team delivery
§
Deliver consistent creative
standards and design
§
Develop the creative
potential in the wider team
§
Collaborate with the Social and
Marketing Teams to activate your ideas through paid, owned and earned channels
§
Champion brand guidelines and use
them in the delivery of campaigns where applicable
§
Help evolve the brand guidelines
to keep us and our clients relevant to our audience
§
Lead creative meetings, share
thinking and nurture ideas of others
§
Generating ideas and selling them
into clients and other members of the team
§
Encourage others to share and
explore their ideas
§
Responsible for the growth and
development of your direct reports
What we need from you:
§
Bachelor’s degree in a related
field (Bachelor of Art, Digital Communication, Media/Multimedia)
§
5+ years of experience in
designing for e-commerce, responsive design, mobile and/or digital marketing
channels
§
2+ years of directly
managing creative team members
§
Design or advertising agency
background is preferred
§
You thrive in a work environment
that requires strong problem-solving skills and self-direction, coupled with an
aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
§
You love telling stories and see
the importance of it to the experience, our brand and how we connect with our
members and clients
§
Excellent conceptualization
ability; can sketch out digital and physical solutions
§
Strong understanding of creative
design, typography and digital/design standards
§
Expert in Adobe CC related
products
§
Experience of responsive and
creative web design and mobile apps with other mediums and channels to market a
plus
§
Knowledge of front-end
technologies in order to be able to communicate with the front-end
dev/designers a plus
§
An understanding of how to
develop a concept through to all relevant marketing channels
§
Exceptional attention to detail

marketing and commercial objectives
