Care
Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Ltd is a member driven Savings and
Credit Society Organization (SACCO) registered under the Ministry of Commerce
and Industry. The company has seen phenomenal grow in the last few years and
now seeks to fill the following vacancy:
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Responsibilities
The
Position of the Human Resource Officer reports directly to General Manager. The
Officer shall be responsible for all HR functions in the organization.
Job Description
The
functions shall include but not limited to the following:
§
Creation
and Maintenance of personal files
§
Implementation
of the approved Performance Management System
§
Management
of personnel transactions such as leave days, overtime advances etc.
§
Setting
up and conducting disciplinary policies and procedures
§
Identifying
and recommending training needs
§
Implementing
best Human Resources Practices and formulating of attractive employee retention
programs
§
Plan
and conduct new employee recruitment and retention programs
§
Plan
and implement staff social and motivational programs
§
Work
with employees to develop their personal development plans
§
Any
other duties as may be assigned by Management
Essential qualifications and experience
§
Degree
in Human Resource Management or equivalent
§
At
least 2 years’ experience in in a similar position
§
Ability
to work in a team and strong customer focus skills
