Minimum Qualification: Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
or related field with at least 2 years work experience

Job
Overview
The Insurance and Sales Officer is responsible for the
Coordination, up scaling, Supervision, Sales, policies, compliance and
practices of company insurance business. S/He ensures AMZ adheres to regulatory
standards.
Duties
and Responsibilities
Be contact person for all the insurance products in
AMZ
Prepare insurance schedules for premiums as well as
claims
Ensure all claims are settled on time
Liase with Insurance companies for possible
innovations
Liase with PIA and the auditors for compliance
Arrange quarterly/monthly trainings to staff for
compliance and product knowledge.
Look out for opportunities to upscale and increase
uptake
Liaise with AMZ funding partners for budget monitoring
and reports.
Drive insurance sales in conjunction with Regional/Branch
managers.
Ensure AMZ insurance policy is up to date in line with
business strategy.
