The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is a statutory body
established by the Higher Education Act No. 4 of 2013. The Education
institution (HELs) in order to ensure quality services and contribute to the
enhancement of human capital and accelerated national development
HEA invites applications from suitably qualified Zambians to
fill the following positions
Manager_ Standards,
Research and Institutional Audits (1 Position)
Job Purpose
To manage the development and implementation of standards,
registration and institutional auditing in order to ensure that higher
Education Institutions meet set standards. Further, the job holder will manage
the conduct of research, surveillances and institutions in order to ensure
compliance with minimum criteria for operations.
ACADEMIC
QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM RELEVANT PRE-JOB EXPERIENCE
a) Full form v/ Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology or a Social
Science discipline earned from a recognized higher Education Institution.
c) Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
d) Six (6) years relevant experience, two (2) of which must
be at middle management level university administration, Consultancy or
research.
