Job Description:
§
Manage the day to day running of
the following Lodge departments : Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Desk, Storeroom
and Kitchen
§
Provide oversight for the
following Lodge Department : Maintenance
§
Ensure the Lodge can reach its
targets e.g. sales, room occupancy, product development deadlines, system
development deadlines
§
Recruitment of Junior Level Staff
such as Cleaners, General Workers
§
Build on the Aabiya Lodge Brand
§
Skills development program
monitoring and implementation for Staff Members
Skills:
§
Practical Human
resource Management
§
Bemba and English
§
Basic Culinary Skills (Must have
knowledge about food serving, preparation of dishes such as omlettes, grido use
etc.)
§
Microsoft Excel, Word,
Powerpoint, PDF
§
Online Booking Channel Management
(booking.com)
§
Customer Service
§
House Keeping
§
Maintenance of white beddings
§
Front desk check in procedures
§
Able to understand an income
statement and client billing statement
§
Able to drive a manual vehicle
(Valid Driving license)
Qualifications:
§
Diploma or Degree in hospitality
Management or anything related / similar
Age:
25 to 35 years old
Experience:
§
At least 2 years in a junior role
in service industry
§
And at least 3 years in a
supervisor role in a Lodge or Hotel
§
Must have worked in the following
hotel departments : Housekeeping, Laundry and Front Desk
